We have stated the Steppe Turkish people constituted a community with a political character in respect of the social contents and the religious leader did not play an important role among the Turks on the contrary to the situation in the settled culture and in desert and forest tribes. However, these conditions should not rendered with the strange meaning that the religion was not present within the Turkish social life.
