Suleyman Bey who had been supposed to be the son of Yahsi Bey had organised the 3rd Gelibolu expedition of Karasiogullari principality in 1343. Suleyman Bey who was Canakkale Bey in the Ottomans in 1345 had died towards the year of 1343, in other words, in the last peirod of Orhan Bey. He was married with the daughter of the Byzantine general Vatatzes. His son was Mustafa Bey and Mustafa Beys sons were Kutlug Melik and Isa Beys.
